This unique storage facility is part of the newly renovated Kolstrand Building which lies between the Landmark Historic District and Ballard’s industrial core. The 100% subterranean location creates the ideal natural cellar environment. We’ve also added a state of the art climate control system, just in case nature’s priorities don’t align with protecting your wine.

Our vision is for our wine cellar to be yours. We hope the tasting room, 24 hour access, parking, and Cellar Club events make it feel like an extension of your home. We look forward to seeing you and your friends.
